very easy way
1. download Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard Download
2. be sure your tablet is fully charged
3. open Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard (start - all programs - nokia - Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard)

click next
here connect tablet (thas is powred off ) to usb then hold home button and power until is usb logo appear
click next
wait until you see this windows
now your tablet is updated
